Can I give the subscription as a gift?
Yes β this is one of the most popular gift orchid programs we offer. Choose 3, 6, or 12 months. We’ll send a hand-written welcome card with the first shipment, and you choose whether the recipient knows it’s coming or it’s a surprise.
Can I skip a month or pause my subscription?
Yes. Email us at least 5 days before your next ship date to skip, pause, or change addresses. No questions asked.
What if an orchid arrives damaged?
We pack carefully and use frost protection in winter, but transit accidents happen. Reach out within 48 hours with a photo and we’ll replace the plant on the next shipment at no charge.
How is each month chosen?
Our growers pick what’s at peak quality each month β the right plant for the season, the climate, and the variety mix you’ve already received. We never repeat the same genus two months in a row.
Can I request specific orchids?
Yes β preferences are welcome when you subscribe. Most subscribers prefer the curated ‘surprise me’ approach, but if you only want Cattleyas, or want to avoid certain genera, we’ll accommodate.
Do you ship year-round?
Yes. We pause shipping during forecast hard-freezes (typically 1-3 days a year) and shift those deliveries to the following week. Never to addresses below freezing without a warm-pack option.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. No fees, no questions, no retention pitch. Email us and we’ll cancel before the next billing cycle.
How does pricing work?
$45-$70 per orchid depending on genus and size. The 3-month plan starts at $170. The 12-month plan offers the best per-orchid value. Shipping is included in all plans within the Gulf Coast region.
