Payment Policy:
Credit card charges will be processed using PayPal for your security. You may also contract directly by phone to submit payment information. We accept credit cards and Personal checks through PayPal. Orders purchased with personal checks will only ship after the check clears. No exceptions.
Quality, Refund, and Shipping:
‘Belle Danse Orchids & Tropicals’ shall be responsible for the purchase price of each plant sold. We do not warranty the productiveness of any plant sold. Any issues regarding plant quality, including damage during shipping, must be brought to our attention within 1 week of delivery or purchase. After 1 week, we will not be responsible for the plant as we cannot control the plant’s growing environment. If any Item is ‘sold out’, we will refund your payment for that item or substitute a similar plant with you approval of the substitution. Please note we reserve the right to alter/change shipping dates on any/all orders WITHOUT NOTICE. Unforeseen events can cause delays and increase the cost of shipping WITHOUT NOTICE.
‘Belle Danse Orchids & Tropicals’ is NOT responsible for errors or delays caused by shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx or UPS). We are also NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves our possession and it handed off to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package or condition of the plant. We will provide carrier tracking information to the customer.
Winter Shipping: We monitor weather conditions daily from the National Weather Service and do our best to make the best decision based on the forecast. *We will not ship any order if your delivery day forecasted high temps are 35F or lower. We will hold all orders until high temps are forecasted above 35F in your area.
*Pending proof of damage and condition, we reserve the right to replace or refund original cost of the plant.
NOTE: We currently do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico or outside of the United States. Shipping rates to Hawaii will be adjusted based on the carrier and real time shipping cost. We also reserve the right to halt shipping to Hawaii if rates are not reasonable.
